Free Virtual Quit Support for Manitobans: Commit to Quit
If you’re thinking about reducing or quitting smoking or vaping, Commit to Quit can help.
This free, virtual program is open to all Manitobans and provides practical strategies and support to help you succeed.
The five-class series covers topics like:
Understanding your triggers
Setting realistic, achievable goals
Understanding behaviours that work
Quit strategies, tips and tricks
Learning about quit medications
Sessions are led by trained facilitators.
