What Is Vaping?

Vaping is the act of inhaling and exhaling an aerosol produced by an electronic vaping device. Vaping doesn’t require burning like cigarette smoking. The device heats a liquid into a vapour, which then turns into aerosol. This vapour is usually flavoured and can contain nicotine. Vaping is legal but restricted to people over the age of 18 in Manitoba.

If you are not a smoker, DO NOT start vaping! Vaping can increase your exposure to harmful chemicals, that can negatively affect your health.
